Munich, Germany

Hi, I'm Yücel Özdemir

I've been curious ever since I can remember. Rubik's cubes taught me that the right algorithm can solve what looks impossible, and for over 15 years, following and investing in technology has shown me how much room there is to build. I want to be an engineer who ships great software and a role model for newcomers.

Beyond the code

Mechanical watches Investment Lego Technology Boomerang Rubik's cubes Travelling

Apart from being a software engineer, I enjoy being outdoors — riding a bike and throwing a boomerang.

I'm a fan of mechanical watches and keep a humble collection. They taught me that excellent designs work timelessly.

Indoors, I follow sci-fi, superhero and action movies or documentaries, and spend plenty of time reading about the latest tech. I also have a humble Lego collection.

I can solve Rubik's cubes from 2×2 up to 7×7.
